Please note that reservations made directly with us* will benefit from the following cancellation policy**

- Upon reservation a full payment will be required

​

- A full refund will be offered in case of cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival  (28 days for the main villa Teguise) or, in any case, within 24 hours from reservation

- After such deadlines, a refund will be offered pro quota for the days the property(ies) will be re-booked, following cancellation

​

- In case of cancellation, the cleaning fee will always be refunded

​

- Any out of pocket cost or expense (e.g., credit card or bank fees), will be deducted from the amounts to be refunded

​

- The above shall not apply in case of discounts or special promotions

* Reservation websites, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc., have their own cancellation policy and therefore, in case of reservations on such platforms, please direct any enquiry to them

** Irrespective our policy, we recommend all customers to make their own assessments on whether to underwrite travel insurances to cover (also) cancellations risks
